Barclays queue delight
Barclays’ new branch designs are about dramatic improvements in customer experience. Barclays asked us to tackle one important detail: queuing.
How could we lower the perceived waiting time, and give customers a moment of delight? Our answer was a simple and intuitive object, an interactive wheel of discoveries. Visitors can easily spin the solid top of the device to trigger a flurry of fun stories bubbling up on a circular monitor.
This addictive and joyful interface demonstrates Barclays’ innovation of customer experiences, as well as bringing a new channel of communication to the branch environment that naturally embeds into the everyday running of the branch.

Spotspot was responsible for the turnkey delivery, including concept development, prototyping, media production and installation.
